Our Management Team At Pry Professional Group, our talented team is ready to provide solutions for your financial future.  We currently employ 26 people including shareholders, CPAs, CPA candidates, interns, paraprofessionals, a financial planner, support staff and a marketing director.  Shareholders Roger J. Criblez, CPA, CEO of Pry Professional Group.  Roger Criblez is the shareholder in charge of operations and client services of Pry throughout Northern Ohio, leading the firm with his expertise in utilities and small and medium size business consulting. Criblez received his bachelor degree in accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University and his CPA designation 1982. Roger has over 27 years public and private accounting experience. He joined Pry CPA Services, Inc. in March of 1995. Professionally, Roger is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Hancock Leadership graduate, served as President for Open Arms Domestic Violence Agency and currently serves as President for the Bluffton-Pandora Rotary. Charles F. Stumpp, Jr., CPA, President of Pry Professional Group.  The Findlay resident is shareholder in charge of operations and client services of Pry in the Findlay area, leading the office with his expertise in tax and financial planning. Stumpp graduated magna cum laude from Bowling Green State University in 1981 and received his CPA designation in 1983. Chuck has over years 24 years of accounting and financial experience. He joined Pry CPA Services in 1983 where he became a shareholder in 1991. Professionally, Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Hancock Leadership, serves as a board member for the Children’s Mentoring Connection and is Treasurer for The Community Foundation. Nikki Clement, CPA, Vice President of Pry Professional Group.  Nikki Clement specializes in telephone and utility companies. Clement graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1994 and joined Pry CPA Services, Inc.’s that same year. She received her CPA designation in 1998. Nikki is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Telephone Association and the Ohio Gas Association.  She is a member of the 2008 Hancock Leadership class.
